What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in, such as gym wear, leggings, shorts or a t‑shirt. I would bring shorts underneath in case of massage treatment. If we need to see a specific area move, we’ll guide you on simple adjustments on the day.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
We’ll chat about your goals and symptoms, assess how you move and explain what we find in simple terms. You’ll leave with a clear plan and practical steps you can start straight away.
Do I need to be injured to book a session?
No. Many people come in to ease tightness from work or training, prevent injuries and simply move and feel better. You’re welcome whether you’re injured or not.
Can you help with ongoing issues such as sciatica, back pain and tendonitis?
Yes. We regularly see people with sciatica, back pain and tendon problems. We’ll look at what’s driving your symptoms and build a realistic plan around your life to help you progress.
